REFUND POLICY
REFUND POLICY FOR EVENTS

Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance of the event date, will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of event are non refundable. If the attendee is unable to attend, then their ticket may be transferred to another name if the change is requested within 48 hours.

REFUND POLICY FOR SERVICES / BOOKINGS
​
Cancelations and rescheduled appointments must be made with minimum notice of 48 hours in order to receive a full refund. If there are cancellations made within 48 hours of your booked appointment, you will be charged in full.
