Bee Free (Virtual)

Bee Free is a healing class that weaves together Sound Meditation and Sacred Singing Circle. During our class, you will experience a range of physical, spiritual and emotional benefits, including reduced stress and anxiety, increased mindfulness and focus, deeper connections to your intuition, and overall improved mood and well-being. Additionally, the practice of singing together in harmony and learning ancient medicine melodies will foster a sense of spiritual community and connection, as you deepen your connection with source energy and awaken the power of your voice.
