Autumn Equinox Half-Day Retreat with Dinner, Wine and Sound Bath

To Everything, There is a Season. Now is the time to rebalance your body, mind & spirit with this present Season of Life. 

Through Ancient Ritual, We will honor this change in season, along with the recent growth within each of us. 

Join us as we celebrate the abundance our Earth provides and tune into source, to return to our true nature.

We will begin in the afternoon with a Garden Walk and Tea led by Tammy Kattner to settle into the landscape. Then we will circle outdoors around the fire to practice ancient ritual which will include seeding our intentions and cocreating an earth mandala.

Then we will head to the Bistro for a delicious, organic Farm-to-Table Harvest Dinner and Wine-Tasting, which will include Honeywine.

After Dinner, we will nestle onto our cozy mats for a Cacao Ceremony, then Breathwork led by Charles Clay and we will journey into the suble realms through a Sound Meditation with crystal bowls, harp and angelic vocals led by Brandilyn Clay.

A SOUND HEALING uses sound rhythm, frequency and vibration to bring people into deep states of relaxation, healing and mediation. The binural beats of sound waves allow your brain to produce Theta waves which are deeply restorative and rejuvenation for your neurons. The nervous system is deeply calmed.
